Exports are a PRO feature.
PRO members can export their collection data in CSV, JSON, or PDF format — for backup, analysis, or use in other apps.
How to Export#
- Open Import / Export from the sidebar and choose Export
- Select Collection as the export type
- Choose a format (CSV, JSON, or PDF) and the fields you want to include
- Submit — the file generates in the background and you'll be notified when it's ready
What You Can Narrow#
An export always covers your whole collection. Filters and searches you have set on the Collection page do not carry across to it.
What you can choose is the columns: pick the fields you want in step 3 and leave out the ones you don't. To work with a subset of issues, export everything and filter in your spreadsheet afterwards.
What's Included#
All collection data you've recorded: issue information (series, issue number, name), condition and grading details, purchase info, estimated values, variant and signature details, and notes.
Export quarterly as a backup — CSV works well for spreadsheet analysis, JSON for scripts or API tooling, and PDF as a printable checklist or insurance record.
