Zagor and companions accompany Professor MacLeod to the Celtic ruins of Stone-Hill, where they unseal a crystal sarcophagus and accidentally resurrect Kandrax, an ancient Celtic druid who wields dark powers and seeks to restore his people's dominion over Darkwood.
