Phil De Lara
American cartoonist and animator born in Los Angeles in 1911. He worked at Warner Bros. from the early 1940s to 1953 animating Looney Tunes films, then drew comics for Western Publishing on Disney and Hanna-Barbera characters. He died in 1973.
