Sheldon Moldoff (1920-2012) had work in Action Comics #1 in 1938 and drew covers for DC through the Golden Age. From 1953 to 1967 he ghosted Batman for Bob Kane, and in that stretch co-created Batwoman, Bat-Mite, Mr. Freeze, and Poison Ivy.
