Gene Colan (1926-2011) was an American comic artist known for a shadow-heavy, cinematic style. At Marvel he drew Daredevil, Howard the Duck, and all 70 issues of Tomb of Dracula with Marv Wolfman. He co-created the Falcon, Carol Danvers, and Blade.
