Mort Meskin was an American Golden Age artist who started at the Eisner and Iger studio on Sheena, Queen of the Jungle. He moved to National Comics in 1941, drawing Vigilante, Starman and Johnny Quick, then joined the Simon and Kirby studio in 1949.
