Tochi Ueyama
Japanese manga artist born in 1954 in Fukuoka who debuted in 1979 and is best known for Cooking Papa, a cooking-themed slice-of-life series serialized in Kodansha's Morning magazine since 1985. One of the longest-running manga by volume count, the series was adapted into a 151-episode anime that aired from 1992 to 1995.
